PLASMA RESURFACING

A clinical facial is a results-driven treatment that goes beyond a traditional spa facial. It uses advanced technologies like Lasers, Plasma, Cryotherapy or Radio Frequency to target concerns like ageing, pigmentation, acne, and uneven skin tone. These are professional-grade treatments performed in a clinical setting for long term and progressive visible results, not a superficial facial that has very short lived results.

Plasma resurfacing uses controlled heat energy to trigger skin renewal and collagen production. It helps improve skin texture, fine lines, acne scarring, and pore size.

You may feel warmth or tingling. We apply numbing cream beforehand for comfort.

Expect redness, dryness, or mild flaking for 3–7 days until smoother skin appears.

This treatment is best suited to light to medium skin tones, as darker skin types with higher melanin levels may be at risk of pigmentation changes. We’ll always carry out a full consultation and patch test beforehand to assess suitability and ensure safety. If you are prone to hyperpigmentation or keloid scarring, we will not be suggesting this treatment is suitable for you.

We would expect you to have no more than a maximum of 3 Plasma resurfaces a year for best results, although results from the first session are excellent.

You can, but avoidance of UV is necessary with this treatment, so a high SPF and pre and post avoidance of the sun for several weeks is highly important.
