I had my first session of IPL with Kim and she made the whole experience so lovely as I was a little nervous. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease instantly. At no point did I feel pressured, but was given all the information about the treatments on offer and advised what would be best for my skin issues.
I am so pleased with the results.
I wish I had discovered these treatments long ago. It's the best confidence booster having radiant looking skin.

Kim is incredible! Started my laser journey just over a year ago. She has made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my sessions. Kim maintains a high standard of cleanliness and the environment reflects the high-class standard of her professionalism. From my first consultation before treatment to my first treatment I have been made to feel completely at ease! Kim is great! Very knowledgeable and professional explaining everything and answering any questions I had. I left with advice to help get the best from my treatment and can already notice the difference! I was introduced to Kim in late 2022 and decided to invest in lazering, to understand the process for when my daughter reaches the correct age. Kim was soo thorough, explained the whole process and very gentle. The process really does not hurt. It was weird having to shave my face the morning of my appointment!!, but after around 8 months and 6 sessions, across various parts of my body I am delighted with the results. It really saves time in the long run and the investment is 100% worth it. Thank you Kim and I wish you soo much success in your new premises.
