The device includes an innovative technology that achieves excellent results in permanent reduction of hair and adapts to the conditions and needs of each person. Laser hair removal with Eneka PRO eliminates permanently the active follicles in a course sessions.
Some clients may need a top up session in the future. This is because some hair follicles can lay “dormant” or sometimes hair growth can be stimulated after pregnancy, menopause or taking certain medications for hormonal imbalances.
We are proud to provide treatments using the incredible Eneka PRO. This amazing high-powered diode was only released in the UK in March 2022, so we can promise that if any machine can reduce your unwanted hair, this one can! This wonderful machine is a European manufactured medical grade approved device similar to machines only normally seen in private hospitals.
No, lasers can only target hair which has an element of pigment in it, grey hair has lost its pigment, so we are unable to treat this colour I am afraid. We cannot treat fair blonde for the same reason and red hair will not be treated due to having a different pigment altogether in the hair and it will not work.
Yes. Diode laser are the ‘gold standard’ for all skin types for hair removal but depending on the darkness of the skin type and the area being treated, if we are unable to safely use the FHDR mode, we may suggest that you look for a different laser to treat you. If you send us a photo, we can advise further but client safety is paramount in our clinic.
Depending on your hair and skin type and the area being treated, you will usually require treatments at 4–10-week intervals. Each part of the body has a different hair growth cycle, so the hair loss will vary depending on what phase your follicles are in at the time of treatment.
No, we are unable to treat any minors under the age of 18.
Yes – hair supplements can affect your treatment progress as they can stimulate hair growth. We recommend to not consume hair supplements during the treatment course. Especially ones that contain biotin
We need to make sure you are not on any medication that will cause side effects with the laser, especially medication which can make your skin photosensitive. Please send us an email if you are unsure but we may request that you can stop taking this medication prior to treatment if it is safe to do so. Always refer to your GP beforehand
Temporary side effects may include redness, itchy skin, mild follicle swelling, irritation on treatment areas. All of which are completely normal post treatment. It is important to follow the correct prep and aftercare to receive maximum results with minimal side effects to the treatment.
Yes, you can safely have laser during the summer. We just need you to be ‘sun safe’ and keep areas being treated out of the direct sun using a strong SPF50 and loose clothing. We are unable to laser with an active tan due to the higher risk of burning.
You can shave as much as you like in between sessions but not wax, we need the hair in the follicle to be able to heat the germ cells to 70oC to kill it off, once that hair has been destroyed in the follicle, it will never grow in that follicle again.
Yes, at some point you will produce new follicles, this will always happen whilst we are still living and breathing, we cannot control what your body wants to do, but by having top ups, this will keep the new hair growth at bay. We normally recommend a top up every 6 months or so depending on how aggressive your hormones are.
We provide treatments to all! We are a complete unisex clinic. Everyone is welcome in our extremely private location.
We offer affordable pay as you go sessions, buy a course of 4 sessions and save 10% or buy a course of 8 and we reduce your costs by 20%, how you pay is totally up to you. We take many forms of payments, cash, bank transfer, credit and debit cards or Klarna if you wish to buy a course and spread the cost, we can also offer a split payment plan in our clinic if treatment is over £1000
We will need to allow 4 weeks after your last waxing session to start your laser sessions, in the meantime you can come for your consultation and patch test and we will then schedule your first session
Yes, if you decide to treat more than one area, we might be able to offer a discount on each additional area. Please ask us for a bespoke quote if it is not in the general price list.
BEFORE & AFTER CARE
We can not treat anyone who has known or reported any of the following conditions without written consent from your doctor.
Hypo-pigmentation (e.g. vitiligo).
Any inflammatory skin condition e.g. eczema, active herpes simplex, etc at the treatment area (it could aggravate the condition).
Skin Cancer or any other Cancer. Taking medication to treat cancer (Dacarbazine, Fluorouracil, Methotrexate, etc).
History of keloid scarring (A Laser or IPL burn may produce a keloid scar)
Epilepsy (repeated consecutive flashes may induce a fit).
St John’s Wort (Hypericum — herbal remedy) for depression and can cause photosensitivity.
lsotretinoin, Roaccutane, Tretinoin or Retin A in the previous 3-6 months for the treatment of acne or other dermatological conditions.
Pregnancy or breast feeding, as hormonal imbalance may reduce treatment efficacy.
Diabetes (if history of poor skin healing).
Any topical medication (e.g. hydrocortisone) or is wearing perfumes, deodorants, sun block, essential oils or other skin lotions in the treatment area (which could cause photosensitivity). The area should be fully cleansed prior to treatment.
Surgical metal pins or plates under the area to be treated.
If you have any doubt or uncertainty always get a second opinion.
Do not expose skin to UV (sun exposure, tanning beds or fake tan) for a least 4 weeks prior to treatment.
Do not depilate, wax, pluck or thread the area to be treated. Shaving or depilatory creams can be used.
Do not use bleaching creams, or perfumed products (e.g. aromatherapy oils) for 24hrs-48hrs prior to treatment.
Avoid swimming in strong chlorinated water immediately prior to treatment.
Avoid exfoliating, microdermabrasion or skin peels for 1 week prior to treatment.
Avoid wearing tight clothing when attending treatment sessions if treating the body.
Area of treatment should be clean and dry.
Keep the body hydrated.
Protect the skin from sun exposure and SPF 30+ should always be used during the treatment programme.
Hot and humid weather can make the skin more sensitive prior to treatment.
No exposure to UV, tanning beds (during treatment). Self-tan can be used 1 week after treatment and must be completely off the skin prior to next treatment.
Do not shave for 48-72hrs after treatment.
Do not depilate, wax, pluck or thread during the treatment programme. Shaving or depilatory creams can be used.
Do not use bleaching creams or perfumed products for the first 24-48hrs after treatment.
Do not pick or scratch the treatment area.
Avoid rough handling of the treatment area.
Avoid hot baths, showers, sauna etc for the first 48hrs after treatment.
Avoid swimming in strong chlorinated water for up to a week after treatment, if the . skin feels sensitive.
Avoid exfoliating or skin peels for 1 week.
Avoid rough sports or gym for at least 24 hrs after treatment.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Always wear SPF 30+
The use of Aloe gel after treatment can improve any discomfort in the treatment area. Do not use ice directly on the skin.
