My laser visit was like a sci-fi adventure for my unwanted hair! 😉 Kim had me feeling like a VIP, she was super friendly and took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel at ease. The laser technology she used felt cutting-edge, and I could tell she prioritize quality and precision.

Great advice from Kim who is obviously very knowledgeable. It was apparent Kim was more concerned with making sure I had the best advice rather than just trying to sell me a treatment. Sadly the treatment I was enquiring about wasn’t really right for me, but I would definitely recommend…oh and did i mention she is super lovely too and puts you at your ease right from the off!

Kim is Tauntons brow queen! She made me feel welcome from the second I walked into her beautiful/modern studio. Kim made sure I was informed during the treatment with each step thoroughly explained. She worked to make my vision come to life while making sure my eyebrows suited my face, as everyone’s is different. I have always been self conscious about my brows, but was also extremely nervous to have anyone touch them as I have seen really bad microblading, however after seeing images of Kim’s work at the consultation I knew she was who I wanted to do mine. They are perfect, I couldn’t be happier – I’ll be back as I’m booking in for laser hair removal soon! X
