The good news about the Erbium laser, is that it can treat most skin types, including those with darker skin types, and the risk of burns and hyperpigmentation is low as it does not target the melanin in the skin.

How many sessions will I need to treat my acne scars?

Usually 3–5 sessions are recommended, but this is depending on scar severity.

When will I see improvement?

Noticeable improvements in 2–4 weeks, with collagen development continuing for months.

Do I need a consultation and patch test first?

Yes, a consultation is required to access your concerns and problem areas and give full details of the treatment. A patch test is a small, preliminary test of the treatment on a discreet area of skin.
